Forgot to redeem your voucher and want to add it retrospectively?
Unfortunately it's not possible to add a voucher once the order has been completed. π
This is because:
- Completed orders cannot be amended once the order has been completed.
- The order is sent immediately to our warehouse, where it is prepared, meaning it is no longer possible to intervene.
If the voucher is not visible in the order summary, then unfortunately it hasn't been accepted.
